👌 I had no idea that a few words can do such a great job to describe a big concept as Ubuntu. I must comment though, the spirit of Ubuntu has almost died in our country. Everyone is doing something for themselves and not for the neighbour.
We hardly even ever speak of Ubuntu. And it is sad. Thank you for reminding us. 💜

thank YOU, your words are painfully true. We have lost our way since the promise of freedom dawned – the capitalist system that we inherited from apartheid is inherently driven by greed and the profit motive and is the corrupter in chief, along with a certain Gupta family that has been so insidiously ingratiating themselves with the powers-that-be.
may we always remember the selflessness of those like Cde. Chris Hani and many more who gave their all, paying the ultimate price for a just and equitable future for all South Africans.
Amandla!
The struggles continue …

indeed they must be. we have betrayed their sacrifices. it is heart breaking. especially when there was an expectation that the tenets of the Freedom Charter of free education, free and dignified housing, and free and the best of health services would be pursued by free and democratic state. but all is not lost. as long as their are people like you and your principles and values, there will be always hope.
