greetings all …
this is a bit of an excuse and a bit of shameless self-promotion.
I have been and will be sharing some old scribbles from time to time.
needless to say that is the laziest thing a scribbler can do so my reasons may not be too sound but nonetheless …
when reading a lot of my older scribbles, i’ve been tempted to tinker with them and so a lot of older scribbles that i re-post are either tinkered with or just sharing once again for all my new friends on this wonderful wordpress …
that said, it is still the laziest thing to do ๐
warmest wishes to all and peace and respect and equality and dignity and unity as the human race and an end to misogyny and justice for all …

Revisiting old writings is always a curious experience.
Part reminiscence, part recollection.
Part “if I knew then what I know now”.
Part “imagine how much I still do not know”.
Oh yeah, and part “what was I thinking?”

so very true my friend. The “what was I thinking” really hits me often LOL

Nothing wrong with recycling. If you’ve been posting for many years, chances are that most of the newer audience won’t have gone back to read the older stuff.
I use the same strategy from time to time, but have now ventured into the world of having a Facebook page for my blog – which is another interesting way to recycle material.

true my friend and thank for sharing your experience. I find it that when I read some of my old stuff they are just not my cup of tea anymore so either tinker a bit with them or edit them quite a lot … yes Facebook is an option that I should go back to as well.
thank you very much for taking the time and sharing your thoughts and also for making me feel less guilty about rehashing old scribbles ๐
warmest wishes my friend and peace and love and justice and equality and respect for all โฎ๏ธโ๐โ๏ธ

Unfortunately misandry is rapidly replacing misogyny as the popular group to hate.

misandry may be getting a lot of press but in the largest populations in the world unfortunately it is still misogyny that is the stain on humanity – rape, wife and partner-battering, unequal pay, ‘traditional’ and ‘cultural’ norms where women are relegated to be the ‘inferior’ gender and countless more examples … so yes misandry may be rising in some places but unfortunately for the vast majority of human beings it is the girl and the woman who bears the brunt of male chauvinistic behaviour

Sorry to interject but I really agree with you, Afzal.
Aur mujhe samajh me nahi aaya ki uska comment kahan se aaya. I mean totally unrelated to your post, Haina? Scratching my head. Lol.
